Please understand that a custom made gown is a special order.

As this requires special attention in our production line, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom order gowns.

Please note that further alterations may be required in store as the dress is built on a dressmaking model and not on a bride.

When placing a custom order the store is responsible for the measurements given to us, and we will not be liable for any changes in a bride’s measurements.

Our gowns are best presented as their original sample. Any modification (eg. change in lining) is at the risk of the store.
