Shipping Policy.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 16-20 weeks to process your order (for standard orders). Expect an email within 20 weeks from the date you place your order to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP -  please contact your account manager for address

Our local Perth stockists/retailers will have the option to pick up from our Welshpool office. Orders can be picked up daily, between 9:30am - 4:00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of our office.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using TNT/Fedex road express. (Urgent orders are dispatched via TNT overnight). Flat rate shipping fee of $50 per gown or ($35 per gown if more than x2 gowns are in the delivery) applies to orders shipping within Australia. International shipping fees vary slightly (please contact your account manager).


​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on your dispatch invoice. 


For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $35 or $50 per gown flat rate shipping to Australia.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery only if there is a product defect, if the item is unused and in its original condition and. Please contact your account manager before making a return. Upon receiving the returned gown we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at australia@cizzybridal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
